采用壳聚糖纤维、黏胶纤维和涤纶制备了一种新型水刺复合医用敷料。对不同壳聚糖纤维含量、不同纤网结构的复合医用敷料的吸液性、扩散性和透湿性等吸湿性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:复合医用敷料的吸液量、透湿量随着壳聚糖纤维含量的增加而增加;纤网复合结构比纤维混合结构有较高的吸液量和透湿量;杂乱排列的纤网结构相对于平行排列的纤网结构,吸湿性能大大改善。
採用殼聚糖纖維、黏膠纖維和滌綸製備瞭一種新型水刺複閤醫用敷料。對不同殼聚糖纖維含量、不同纖網結構的複閤醫用敷料的吸液性、擴散性和透濕性等吸濕性能進行瞭對比分析。結果錶明:複閤醫用敷料的吸液量、透濕量隨著殼聚糖纖維含量的增加而增加;纖網複閤結構比纖維混閤結構有較高的吸液量和透濕量;雜亂排列的纖網結構相對于平行排列的纖網結構,吸濕性能大大改善。
채용각취당섬유、점효섬유화조륜제비료일충신형수자복합의용부료。대불동각취당섬유함량、불동섬망결구적복합의용부료적흡액성、확산성화투습성등흡습성능진행료대비분석。결과표명:복합의용부료적흡액량、투습량수착각취당섬유함량적증가이증가;섬망복합결구비섬유혼합결구유교고적흡액량화투습량;잡란배렬적섬망결구상대우평행배렬적섬망결구,흡습성능대대개선。
A new type spunlaced composite wound dressing was prepared by the chitosan fibers , viscose fiber and polyester fiber .The moisture absorption properties such as the absorbency , diffusion and permeability of spunlaced composite wound dressing manufactured from different chitosan fiber content and different web structures were measured and analysed .The results showed that the absorbtion amount , permea-bility amount of composite wound dressing increased with increased chitosan fiber content ; composite fiber web structure got better absorbtion amount and permeability amount than blended fiber structure ;mixed and disorderly arrangement of fiber web structure relative to the parallel arrangement of fiber web structure , absorption properties were greatly improved .
