选用低熔点皮芯复合纤维COPET/PET作为支架纤维,普通涤纶及三维卷曲中空涤纶作为主体保暖纤维制作热风黏合絮片。研究了 COPET/PET 皮芯复合纤维的含量对絮片舒适性的影响,确定COPET/PET皮芯复合纤维的质量分数为10%~15%时絮片的舒适性较为理想。
選用低鎔點皮芯複閤纖維COPET/PET作為支架纖維,普通滌綸及三維捲麯中空滌綸作為主體保暖纖維製作熱風黏閤絮片。研究瞭 COPET/PET 皮芯複閤纖維的含量對絮片舒適性的影響,確定COPET/PET皮芯複閤纖維的質量分數為10%~15%時絮片的舒適性較為理想。

Low melting poin and skin-core composite fiber COPET/PET as corpus fiber , polyester and three-dimensional crimped hollow polyester fiber as main insulation fiber were selected , and air-thermal bonded wadding was made .The content of COPET/PET skin-core composite fiber influence on wadding ’s comfort was studied .The result showed that COPET/PET skin-core composite fiber mass fraction is 10%~15%when wadding’s comfort is more ideal .
