以某办公楼平移工程为例,对建筑物平移工程中首次顶推动力大于之后的顶推动力的原因进行了探究和分析,得出了首次顶推力会在建筑物上部产生较大的剪应力,对建筑物安全有一定影响的结论;通过对影响因素的分析,得出首次顶推动力数值的大小与粘结力的大小、下轨道梁钢板上杂质是否清除干净、滚轴和钢板的变形、下轨道梁的变形等因素有关,并给出了减小首次顶推动力的解决措施。
以某辦公樓平移工程為例,對建築物平移工程中首次頂推動力大于之後的頂推動力的原因進行瞭探究和分析,得齣瞭首次頂推力會在建築物上部產生較大的剪應力,對建築物安全有一定影響的結論;通過對影響因素的分析,得齣首次頂推動力數值的大小與粘結力的大小、下軌道樑鋼闆上雜質是否清除榦淨、滾軸和鋼闆的變形、下軌道樑的變形等因素有關,併給齣瞭減小首次頂推動力的解決措施。

Based on an office building translation project as an example in this paper,it is analyzed that the first jack-ing force is greater than the later j acking force in the building translation proj ect.It is concluded that the j acking force for the first time can produce larger shear stress in the upper buildings,which can affect the building’s safety.By the a-nalysis of the influencing factors,it is obtained that the size of the jacking force in the first time is related to the size of the cohesive force,the impurities on the lower track’s steel,the deformation of the rollers,the steel plates and the track beam.It gives some measures to reduce the jacking force for the first time.
