针对井下顶板位移、温湿度、瓦斯浓度、锚杆锚索应力等信息的采集需求,为确保矿井下的安全生产,设计了基于Zigbee的矿用数据采集综合实验平台。该平台由若干数据采集节点和中继组成,节点可以实现多点采集,中继则将采集的数据进行处理和保存,且各部分均使用电池供电和无线传输,适应井下条件,避免了电缆供电和有线传输带来的弊端,提高了安全性和可靠性。
針對井下頂闆位移、溫濕度、瓦斯濃度、錨桿錨索應力等信息的採集需求,為確保礦井下的安全生產,設計瞭基于Zigbee的礦用數據採集綜閤實驗平檯。該平檯由若榦數據採集節點和中繼組成,節點可以實現多點採集,中繼則將採集的數據進行處理和保存,且各部分均使用電池供電和無線傳輸,適應井下條件,避免瞭電纜供電和有線傳輸帶來的弊耑,提高瞭安全性和可靠性。

In order to ensure the safe production of the mine ,based on Zigbee technology ,this paper designs a comprehensive experimental data acquisition platform for the mine . It consists of certain number of data acquisition nodes and relay nodes .Different information such as ceiling displacement ,temperature ,humidity , gas concentration and anchor stress can be collected simultaneously .The data acquisition nodes are responsible for data collection and the relay nodes are in charge of data processing and storage .The system uses battery power and wireless transmission , thus can avoid the disadvantages of cable power supply and cable transmission and improve the safety and reliability .
