通过对合成的新型无醛固色剂TF-234Y浓生态性分析以及在染色中的应用探讨,证明TF-234Y浓是绿色环保产品,它可以明显提高纯棉直接染料中、深色染色织物,尤其是棉/锦/氨混纺直接染料中、深色染色织物的各项色牢度,还可以提高活性染料、酸性染料等染色织物的色牢度。与固色剂Y相比,TF-234Y浓不仅可获得较好的固色效果,且不易泛黄,不影响染色物的手感,色差变化也很小。
通過對閤成的新型無醛固色劑TF-234Y濃生態性分析以及在染色中的應用探討,證明TF-234Y濃是綠色環保產品,它可以明顯提高純棉直接染料中、深色染色織物,尤其是棉/錦/氨混紡直接染料中、深色染色織物的各項色牢度,還可以提高活性染料、痠性染料等染色織物的色牢度。與固色劑Y相比,TF-234Y濃不僅可穫得較好的固色效果,且不易汎黃,不影響染色物的手感,色差變化也很小。

The synthesized novel non-formaldehyde fixation agent TF-234Y NONG is proved to be a green and environmental product through ecological analysis and discussion of application in dyeing. It improved all the colour fastnesses of the cotton fabric and cotton/nylon/spendex blended fabric dyed by medium and dark direct dyes. The colour fastness of fabric dyed with reactive dyes or acid dyes were also improved. Compared to fixation agent Y, the fabric fixed by TF-234Y NONG shows better fixation effect and merit of difficult change to yellow. Handle of the fabric was not affected and the fabric presented little colour change.
