以合成的丙烯酸乳液为基础,与氨基硅油共混制备印花色浆,探索最佳印花工艺。通过各因素的讨论,得出最佳印花工艺为:印花(涂料6%,粘合剂30%,增稠剂PFT 8%,氨基硅油5%,蒸馏水X)→烘干(80℃,3 min)→焙烘(200℃,2.5 min)。通过以上工艺条件对涤棉印花,其干湿摩擦牢度得到了明显的改善。

Based on the synthesis of acrylic latex, the printing paste was prepared mixed with amino-silicone to explore the best printing process. The optimum printing condition is obtained through variety factor investigation as follow: printing (pigment 6%, binder 30%, thickener PFT 8%, amino silicone oil 5%, distilled water X)→drying (80℃,3 min)→baking (200℃,2.5 min). The dry and wet rubbing fastness improved significantly through the above process conditions for polyester cotton blend printing fabric.
