研究了整车厂总装车间输送设备系统,针对EMS升降吊具在安装过程中皮带厚度偏差所造成的问题,建立并分析了成卷皮带厚度偏差与产品车身姿态的对应关系,并以某总装车间输送系统EMS吊具为例,实现了对吊具下方产品车身姿态的控制,对于皮带卷扬机构的设计及安装调试具有重要意义。
研究瞭整車廠總裝車間輸送設備繫統,針對EMS升降弔具在安裝過程中皮帶厚度偏差所造成的問題,建立併分析瞭成捲皮帶厚度偏差與產品車身姿態的對應關繫,併以某總裝車間輸送繫統EMS弔具為例,實現瞭對弔具下方產品車身姿態的控製,對于皮帶捲颺機構的設計及安裝調試具有重要意義。

The conveying equipment system in assembly shop of the automobile factory is studied in the paper.The correspondence between thickness deviation of coiling sling belt and vehicle attitude is built and analyzed aiming at the problem of belt thickness deviation of EMS lifting sling belt during installation,in order to control the vehicle attitude below the sling with the conveying equipment system in assembly shop as an example,which can provide significance for the de-sign,installation and commissioning of belt hoisting mechanisms.
