目的评价和田地区不同产地昆仑雪菊的质量。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定和田地区5个乡镇(博斯坦乡、策勒镇、康克乡、克里亚乡、芝来乡)昆仑雪菊中黄酮、皂苷和多糖含量;采用比色法测定昆仑雪菊中氨基酸的含量。结果5个乡镇的昆仑雪菊中黄酮含量分别为16.3%、16.0%、16.4%、17.5%、13.8%;皂苷含量分别为8.7%、8.2%、8.7%、9.2%、8.9%;多糖含量分别为14.2%、10.5%、11.5%、12.8%、10.3%。根据综合评分结果,克里亚乡综合评分98.0分,博斯坦乡综合评分95.0分,克里亚乡质量最好,博斯坦乡质量较好。结论通过测定不同产地的昆仑雪菊中各种成分的含量,可评判不同产地昆仑雪菊质量。

목적평개화전지구불동산지곤륜설국적질량。방법채용자외분광광도법측정화전지구5개향진(박사탄향、책륵진、강극향、극리아향、지래향)곤륜설국중황동、조감화다당함량;채용비색법측정곤륜설국중안기산적함량。결과5개향진적곤륜설국중황동함량분별위16.3%、16.0%、16.4%、17.5%、13.8%;조감함량분별위8.7%、8.2%、8.7%、9.2%、8.9%;다당함량분별위14.2%、10.5%、11.5%、12.8%、10.3%。근거종합평분결과,극리아향종합평분98.0분,박사탄향종합평분95.0분,극리아향질량최호,박사탄향질량교호。결론통과측정불동산지적곤륜설국중각충성분적함량,가평판불동산지곤륜설국질량。
Objective Quality evaluation on coreopsis tinctoria of different origins in Hotan area(Bositan, Cele,Kaliya,Zhilai,Country).Methods use the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determi-nation of saponins,flavonoids and polysaccharide;amino acid was tested by colorimetry in coreopsis tinc-toria.Results Flavonoid contents of the coreopsis tinctoria in five towns were 16.3%,16.0%,16.4%,17.5%and 13.8%;Saponins were 8.7%,8.2%,8.7%,9.2%and 8.9%;Polysaccharides were 14.2%,10.5%,11.5%,12.8%and 10.3% respectively.According to the comprehensive evaluation result,Composite score of kriya township’s core-opsis tinctoria was 98.0 points and with the best quality;Composite score of Bositan township’s coreopsis tinctoria was 9 5 .0 points and with the second best quality.Conclusion Through this study of measurement on different ori-gins’coreopsis tinctoria content of the various components,the results can be used to evaluate the quality of core-opsis tinctoria from different origins in Hotan area.
