为研究带式输送机盘式制动系统的控制特性,建立了盘式制动系统的AMEsim仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析,研究了液压缸进口压力和位移随时间的变化规律,突然停电时节流阀不同开度、蓄能器不同充气压力对制动性能的影响,正常制动时的正压力与速度变化规律,以及采用开环和闭环控制时的速度控制特性。结果表明采用开环控制时系统虽然稳定,但响应速度较慢,稳态误差较大。要获得较理想的控制效果,就要采用闭环控制策略。

To study the control property of disc braking system of the belt conveyor,the AMEsim simulation model is built for the disc braking system for simulation analysis,with the change rule of inlet pressure and displacement of hydrau-lic cylinder over time researched,as well as effect of different openings of the throttle valve and different charging pressure on the braking property in the case of sudden blackout,positive pressure and speed change rule at normal braking,and speed control property by opening-loop and closed-loop controls.The result shows that the system is stable at opening-loop control,but the response speed is slow,with large steady-state error.The closed-loop control is better for obtaining ideal control effect.
