通过对旁侧压力的测量,根据钢丝绳张力和旁侧压力的关系,可获取起重机钢丝绳的张力数据,据此设计起重机载荷称重传感器。根据起重机吊钩的构成,进行了吊钩钢丝绳受力分析,找出了载荷重量与钢丝绳张力的关系。又根据起升机构运行状态,研究了不同运行状态下,钢丝绳受力变化。最后给出了动态情形下的起重机载荷称重传感器的测量原理和实现方法。
通過對徬側壓力的測量,根據鋼絲繩張力和徬側壓力的關繫,可穫取起重機鋼絲繩的張力數據,據此設計起重機載荷稱重傳感器。根據起重機弔鉤的構成,進行瞭弔鉤鋼絲繩受力分析,找齣瞭載荷重量與鋼絲繩張力的關繫。又根據起升機構運行狀態,研究瞭不同運行狀態下,鋼絲繩受力變化。最後給齣瞭動態情形下的起重機載荷稱重傳感器的測量原理和實現方法。

Through measurement of side pressure,the tension data for crane’s wire rope is worked out based on rela-tion between the tension of wire rope and side pressure,in order to design the crane load weighing sensor.The force analy-sis is performed for hook wire rope according to composition of crane hook to figure out relationship between the load weight and rope tension.The stress changes for wire rope are researched under different operating states of hoisting mechanism.Finally,the measuring principle of crane load weighing sensor and implementation method are provided in dy-namic situations.
