目的探讨异常黑胆质成熟剂(ASMq)对D-半乳糖致衰老模型大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法选取3个月龄雄性SD大鼠60只,体质量180~220 g,采用 D-半乳糖制作亚急性衰老模型,随机分为衰老模型组及ASMq高、中、低剂量组各15只(ASMq高、中、低剂量分别为6.0、3.0、1.5 g·kg-1·d-1),连续给药21 d。另取15只正常雄性大鼠作为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定衰老模型大鼠血清里的白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量。结果(1)衰老模型组胸腺、脾脏指数与 ASMq高、中、低剂量组比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);ASMq高、中、低剂量组之间差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。(2)衰老模型组 IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α含量与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);与衰老模型组比较,ASMq高剂量组IL-2含量升高,IL-6、TNF-α含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);ASMq中剂量组 IL-2含量升高,IL-6、TNF-α含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05~0.01);ASMq低剂量组 IL-2含量升高,IL-6含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),TNF-α含量降低,但差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论异常黑胆质成熟剂(ASMq)能改善衰老大鼠免疫功能,增强老年机体的抗病能力,起到一定的抗衰老作用。

목적탐토이상흑담질성숙제(ASMq)대D-반유당치쇠로모형대서면역공능적영향。방법선취3개월령웅성SD대서60지,체질량180~220 g,채용 D-반유당제작아급성쇠로모형,수궤분위쇠로모형조급ASMq고、중、저제량조각15지(ASMq고、중、저제량분별위6.0、3.0、1.5 g·kg-1·d-1),련속급약21 d。령취15지정상웅성대서작위정상대조조。채용매련면역흡부(ELISA)법측정쇠로모형대서혈청리적백개소-2(IL-2)、백개소-6(IL-6)、종류배사인자(TNF-α)함량。결과(1)쇠로모형조흉선、비장지수여 ASMq고、중、저제량조비교,차이무통계학의의(P >0.05);ASMq고、중、저제량조지간차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。(2)쇠로모형조 IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α함량여정상대조조비교,차이유통계학의의(P <0.01);여쇠로모형조비교,ASMq고제량조IL-2함량승고,IL-6、TNF-α함량강저,차이유통계학의의(P <0.01);ASMq중제량조 IL-2함량승고,IL-6、TNF-α함량강저,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05~0.01);ASMq저제량조 IL-2함량승고,IL-6함량강저,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05),TNF-α함량강저,단차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론이상흑담질성숙제(ASMq)능개선쇠로대서면역공능,증강노년궤체적항병능력,기도일정적항쇠로작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of Abnormal Savda Munziq (ASMq)on the immune function of aging rats to clarify Abnormal Savda Munziq effect on the anti-aging mechanism.Methods 60 three-month-old male SD rats weighing 180-220 g were randomly divided into the model group and the ASMq high,middle and low dose group(respectively 6.0,3.0,1.5 g·kg-1·d-1).D-galactose induced suba-cute aging model was used and the continuous administration was 2 1 days.Another 1 5 male rats were in the normal control group.IL-2,IL-6,TNF-αin serum were detected by ELISA.Results (1)The thymus index and spleen index of the aging model group were compared with that of the normal group.There was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05).(2)The ASMq high-dose group was compared with the model group in which IL-2 increased,IL-6 decreased and TNF-α(P <0.01);The ASMq medium-dose group was compared with the model group in which IL-2 increased,IL-6 decreased and TNF-α(P<0.01);The ASMq low-dose group was compared with the model group in which IL-2 increased, IL-6 decreased (P <0.01)and TNF-αdecreased (P >0.05).Conclusion Abnormal Savda Munziq(ASMq) could improve the immunological function of aging rats,and thus playing an anti-aging effect.
