对桥式起重机金属结构进行应力谱试验,开发了基于全封闭计数模型四峰谷计数原则的雨流计数法程序。然后进行预数据处理、数据处理获得应力谱,并以一台75/30 t的桥式起重机为例,进行现场测试记录,用上述方法获得5d的实际工作循环应力-时间历程。
對橋式起重機金屬結構進行應力譜試驗,開髮瞭基于全封閉計數模型四峰穀計數原則的雨流計數法程序。然後進行預數據處理、數據處理穫得應力譜,併以一檯75/30 t的橋式起重機為例,進行現場測試記錄,用上述方法穫得5d的實際工作循環應力-時間歷程。

The stress spectrum test is performed for metal structure of the bridge crane,with the rain-flow counting method developed based on totally enclosed counting model 4 peak-valley counting principle.Then the data pre-processing and data processing are performed to work out the stress spectrum.A 75/30t bridge crane is taken as an example for site test record in order to get the 5 day actual work cyclic stress-time history.
