研究了几种不同类型的防老剂对HNBR耐热空气老化的影响。结果表明,采用防老剂RD与MB并用体系硫化胶的综合性能最好;100份生胶中加入1份防老剂RD和1份防老剂MB,在170℃/15 MPa×t90的条件下硫化后硫化胶的拉伸强度为28.3 MPa,180℃热空气老化24 h后其拉伸强度为27.4 MPa,老化48 h后其拉伸强度仍然可达17.2 MPa。

The influence of different type of antioxidants on the physical properties and hot air aging resistance of HNBR was investigated.The results showed that the vulcanizate had the best comprehensive properties when using the combined antioxidant of RD and MB.One part of antioxidant RD and one part of antioxidant MB were added into one hundred parts of raw rubber,the tensile strength of the vulcanizate obtained under thecondition of 170℃/15 MPa×t90 was 28.3 MPa,and after hot air aging for 24 h and 48 h its thesile strength was 27.4 MPa and 17.2 MPa,respectively.
