随着当代人才市场竞争激烈加剧,而人才又是企业发展赖以生存的源泉,我国各行业加强了对人力资源部门的重视。尤其现代人力资源管理的兴起,人力资源管理师的增多,为我国人力资源重新优化组合提供了有力的武器。本文通过探讨分析煤炭行业人力资源管理系统的现状问题,然后分析了造成人力资源管理存在问题的原因,最后提出了煤炭企业相应的改革建议,为推进煤炭行业人力资源的重新调配提供了理论支撑。

With contemporary talent intense market competition intensified, and talent is necessary for the development of enterprises, our industry to strengthen the attention of the human resources department. In particular, the rise of the modern human resource management, human resources management division increased re-optimize the combination of China's human resources to provide a powerful weapon. This paper by exploring analyze the current problems of the coal industry, human resources management system, and then analyzed the reasons for the problems of human resource management, and finally put forward the coal enterprise reform proposals, and provide theoretical support for promoting the redeployment of human resources in the coal industry.
