在分析煤矿提升机转动Doherty放大器工作原理后,从改变煤矿提升机的漏极电压和减小输出端阻抗入手,进一步提高煤矿提升机功率放大器的工作效率;通过改变栅极电压,利用对消手段来改善放大电路的三阶交调。ADS仿真电路表明,改进后的煤矿提升机电路比传统Doherty电路在工作效率上提高10%,三阶交调改善了5 dB,有利于煤矿提升机转动的应用。

This paper analyzes the working principle of the mine hoist Doherty amplifier, by changing the drain voltage of the mine hoist and reducing the output impedance to improve the amplifier efficiency. And this paper introduces the method of changing the gate voltage with the application of cancelling to improve the amplifier third order Tone. ADS simulation of the circuit of the mine hoist enhances Doherty circuit efficiency by 10% on the third-order Tone by 5dB. The result of the simulation proves the improvement of the mine hoist at the performance of revolution.
