针对云南褐煤半焦的独特性能,试验用褐煤半焦替代冶金焦生产电石。研究了褐煤半焦粒度、活性、灰分等指标对生产电石的影响。研究表明:褐煤半焦入炉粒度<4mm 的组分不应超过10%,半焦化学活性高对生产电石有利,但同时提高了还原剂灰分中有害物质的还原率,对生产电石不利,所以褐煤半焦用作生产电石的灰分不应大于7%。试验说明用褐煤半焦部分替代冶金焦生产电石是可行的,并有一定的节电降耗作用。

In view of the unique properties of Yunnan lignite semi-coke, an experiment on the production of calcium carbide has been carried out with lignite semi-coke to replace metallurgical coke partly. Study focus on the impact of lignite semi-coke particle size, reactivity, ash and other indicators on the production of calcium carbide. The study shows that the particle size less than 4mm component of semi-coke should not exceed 10%. The high reactivity property of semi-coke is favorable to the calcium carbide production, but also improves the reduction rate of harmful substances in ash, and adverse to the production of calcium carbide, so the ash content in the semi-coke should not be over 7%. The eexperiment indicates partial substitution of lignite semi-coke for metallurgical coke in the calcium carbide production is feasible, and has a certain role in saving energy.
