针对煤矿企业人因事故的发生机理,提出了一种基于模糊灰色综合评价模型的煤矿人因安全预警方法。该方法对煤矿生产现场管理中的人、机、料、法、环、管等进行综合评估预测,进而对煤矿生产安全预警并快速有效处理,建立了煤矿生产安全评价指标结构体系,并对安全预警方法的模型和流程进行了研究。最后,通过实例仿真表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
針對煤礦企業人因事故的髮生機理,提齣瞭一種基于模糊灰色綜閤評價模型的煤礦人因安全預警方法。該方法對煤礦生產現場管理中的人、機、料、法、環、管等進行綜閤評估預測,進而對煤礦生產安全預警併快速有效處理,建立瞭煤礦生產安全評價指標結構體繫,併對安全預警方法的模型和流程進行瞭研究。最後,通過實例倣真錶明瞭該方法的可行性和有效性。

According to the production mechanism of the coal mine human accidents, a method of human security early warning based on fuzzy gray for coal mining enterprises was proposed. By means of the method, carrying through comprehensive assessment of prediction for coal mine production site management by human, machine, material, method and environment, then a safety early warning for the coal mine production with a rapid and effective treatment would be made. Establishing a safety evaluation index structure and system for coal mine production, and the model and processes of security early warning approach were studied. Finally, the example shows the method is effective and practical.
