针对寸草塔二矿22112工作面巷道,根据锚杆悬吊理论和喷射混凝土理论,确定巷道支护方案为D18 mm ×2000 mm圆钢锚杆+70 mm厚喷射混凝土支护。锚杆排距1.1 m,考虑1.3倍的安全系数顶板每排5根锚杆;喷射混凝土组成的质量配比为水泥∶细沙∶石子=1∶2∶2,喷层厚度70 mm,分两次进行喷护,初次喷层厚度为15 mm,第二次喷护使喷层达到最终厚度。现场应用表明,上述喷锚支护方案具有较好的支护效果。

According to 22112 Face Roadway of No .2 Coal Mine in Cuncao Tower ,according to the theory of the suspension bolt and shotcreting,it determined that it adopt the D18 mm ×2 000 mm round steel bolt +70 mm thick shotcrete for supporting .Anchor row spacing is 1.1 m,it considered roof safety factor of 1.3 times and each row of five roof bolt;it consisted of sprayed concrete mass ratio of cement∶sand∶gravel=1∶2∶2,sprayed layer thickness is 70 mm,two times for spray protection ,first spray a layer thickness is 15 mm,a second spray protective layer reaches a final thickness of the spray .Field application shows that the shotcrete support scheme has a better supporting effect .
