目的探讨责任小组包干制在妇科老年患者围手术期护理的临床实践。方法将120例手术患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,对照组采用传统功能制护理,病例为回顾性资料;观察组采用责任小组包干制护理,由责任护士对其从入院到出院的全程护理。两组通过住院时间、健康知识知晓、焦虑抑郁程度及患者满意率等进行优势对比。结果观察组平均住院天数显著少于对照组,健康知识得分、康复程度及满意率显著高于对照组。<0.05。结论实施责任小组包干制护理模式,减轻患者痛苦,增强老年围手术期患者战胜疾病的信心,积极轻松地配合接受医疗和护理,明显提高了患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective Investigate the responsibility of sub-contract system in the gynecological elderly patients with perioperative care in clinical practice.Methods 120 cases of surgical patients were divided into two groups and the control group (n=60 cases), the control group using the traditional functional system of care, liability group contract system care cases retrospective data; observation group, by the responsible nurse from admission to dischargeful care. Two groups of hospital stay, health knowledge, degree of anxiety and depression and patient satisfaction rate advantage compared.Results Observation group, the average length of hospital stay was significantly less than the control group, the score of health knowledge, the extent of recovery and satisfaction rate was significantly higher, <0.05. Conclusion Implementation of the liability group contract system model of care to al eviate the suf ering of patients, and enhance the confidence of the elderly perioperative patients overcome the disease, and actively with accepted medical and nursing, and significantly improve patient care services satisfaction.
