分析了陕西农业“走出去”的现状，已取得了显著成效，但也存在出口贸易规模小，市场竞争力较弱；境外投资障碍多，支持不足；农业国际交流合作合作面较窄、经济效益低等问题和困难。鉴于此，提出了相应的对策建议。
분석료협서농업“주출거”적현상，이취득료현저성효，단야존재출구무역규모소，시장경쟁력교약；경외투자장애다，지지불족；농업국제교류합작합작면교착、경제효익저등문제화곤난。감우차，제출료상응적대책건의。
The “going out” of agriculture in Shaanxi province already gained significant results , but still existed some problems and difficulties, such as small scale of export trade , weak market competitiveness , many obstacles and insufficient supports of over-seas investment, narrow international agricultural exchange and cooperation , and low economic benefit of international cooperation . According to these situations of agricultural “going out” in Shaanxi province at present , this article presented some solutions and suggestions.
