试验结果表明：采用组织分离＋复壮的技术手段可明显提高北冬虫夏草菌种菌丝的生长活力，复壮后菌丝日平均生长速率达2．65 mm/d，液体培养7 d后净增干物质重0．65 g；复壮后菌种的出草性状得到了明显改善，平均每瓶鲜子实体产量可达27．2 g。

The experimental results indicated that the technological means of tissue isolation plus strain rejuvenation could obvi -ously strengthen the growth capacity of the mycelia of Cordyceps militaris.After the strain rejuvenation, the daily average growth rate of mycelium could reach 2.65 mm/d, and its dry matter weight had a net increase of 0.65 g after 7 days’ liquid culture.After ap-plying the rejuvenation approach , the production traits of the strain were markedly improved , and the average fresh weight of the fruiting body could reach 27.5 g per bottle.
