综述了近年来利用拮抗菌控制果蔬采后病害的拮抗菌种类及应用、拮抗菌的防病机制、拮抗菌增效措施，并分析了拮抗菌防治果蔬采后病害的前景，以及目前存在的问题。
綜述瞭近年來利用拮抗菌控製果蔬採後病害的拮抗菌種類及應用、拮抗菌的防病機製、拮抗菌增效措施，併分析瞭拮抗菌防治果蔬採後病害的前景，以及目前存在的問題。
종술료근년래이용길항균공제과소채후병해적길항균충류급응용、길항균적방병궤제、길항균증효조시，병분석료길항균방치과소채후병해적전경，이급목전존재적문제。
This paper reviewed the species and application of antagonistic bacteria for controlling the diseases of postharvest fruits and vegetables in recent years , summarized the disease prevention mechanism and synergistic measures of antagonistic bacteri -a, and analyzed the future prospects and the present existing problems in the control of diseases of postharvest fruits and vegetables by antagonistic bacteria.
