目的：探讨优质护理服务在提高老年科护理满意度中的实践与效果。方法选择2012年1月~2012年12月入住本科的120例老年患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(常规护理组)和观察组(优质护理组)，每组各60例，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以优质护理。比较2组患者护理前后健康知识掌握情况、心理需求满足程度及对护理效果、护理态度的满意度。结果护理后观察组的健康知识掌握程度和心理需求满意度均较佳分别为86.67%和90%，均高于对照组，且对护理效果和护理态度的总满意率分别为91.67%和100%，高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可提高老年住院患者的满意度，提升医院护理质量。
목적：탐토우질호리복무재제고노년과호리만의도중적실천여효과。방법선택2012년1월~2012년12월입주본과적120례노년환자위연구대상，장기수궤분위대조조(상규호리조)화관찰조(우질호리조)，매조각60례，대조조여이상규호리，관찰조여이우질호리。비교2조환자호리전후건강지식장악정황、심리수구만족정도급대호리효과、호리태도적만의도。결과호리후관찰조적건강지식장악정도화심리수구만의도균교가분별위86.67%화90%，균고우대조조，차대호리효과화호리태도적총만의솔분별위91.67%화100%，고우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론우질호리가제고노년주원환자적만의도，제승의원호리질량。
Objective To investigate the application and effectiveness of high quality nursing in the geriatric department. Methods 120 pa-tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,concluding 60 patients either . Patients in the control group were given traditional nursing practice,while those in the observation group were given high quality nursing. Compare the two groups with patients’ health knowledge,psychological needs satisfaction, satisfaction of nursing care and attitude. Results Degree of health knowledge , psychological needs satisfaction ,satisfaction of nursing care and attitude satisfaction in the Observation group were 86. 67% 、90% 、91. 67%、100%respec-tively,which were higher than those of control group. Conclusion High quality nursing helps improve the satisfaction of inpatients of geriatric department and the quality of hospital care.
