近几年,由于智能手机的快速发展,被广大消费者所青睐,那么哪些原因促使消费者购买智能手机,关于这方面的研究是通信业、手机制造业、软件提供商以及开发商们的共同课题。在这样的背景和商业目的下,文章以1986年Davis提出的技术接受模型为基础,以智能手机的消费者为研究对象,通过对智能手机的应用程序、个人适合性、随时连接性以及使用便利性这四个因素的影响强弱程度来展开研究。结果表明,个人适合性因素对中国智能手机顾客满意度及再购买意图的影响起着显著的作用,而随时连接性因素的影响比较微弱。
近幾年,由于智能手機的快速髮展,被廣大消費者所青睞,那麽哪些原因促使消費者購買智能手機,關于這方麵的研究是通信業、手機製造業、軟件提供商以及開髮商們的共同課題。在這樣的揹景和商業目的下,文章以1986年Davis提齣的技術接受模型為基礎,以智能手機的消費者為研究對象,通過對智能手機的應用程序、箇人適閤性、隨時連接性以及使用便利性這四箇因素的影響彊弱程度來展開研究。結果錶明,箇人適閤性因素對中國智能手機顧客滿意度及再購買意圖的影響起著顯著的作用,而隨時連接性因素的影響比較微弱。

These years, since the rapid expansion of smart phones and favored by customers, considering what reasons about prompting consumers to buy smart phones had become a common research subject including telecommunication industry, mobile phone manufacturing industry, software providers and developers. Under this background and business purposes, this article based on the technology acceptance model which proposed by Davis in 1986 and selected smart phone customers as research object, through testing the affection degree of four factors to study that contains smart phone’s application program, personal applicability, anytime connectivity and use convenience. The results show that the factor of personal applicability has a significant role in the influence of customers satisfaction and re-purchase in-tention of smart phones in China meanwhile the factor of anytime connectivity has a weakly influence.
