城市人居环境与经济协调发展是实现西宁市可持续发展的重要途径。文中尝试对城市人居环境与经济协调发展评价中所面临的问题进行分析，依据评价体系构建的原则，建立了一套综合评价方法与模型，并将该方法应用于西宁市的实证研究中，评价结果与实际情况吻合度高。结果表明，从西宁市2000~2011年的人居环境和经济发展进程来看，两者的综合指数总体呈逐步提高的趋势，“十一五”期间，发展明显增速，发展水平超过平均水平，2010年之后实现跨越式发展，人居环境和经济发展两系统的协调度也属于优质。2000~2011年，西宁市人居环境与经济之间的协调发展度曲线呈“U”型。最后，在综合评价指数和协调度的基础上，针对今后西宁市可持续发展思路提出了三方面的建议。
城市人居環境與經濟協調髮展是實現西寧市可持續髮展的重要途徑。文中嘗試對城市人居環境與經濟協調髮展評價中所麵臨的問題進行分析，依據評價體繫構建的原則，建立瞭一套綜閤評價方法與模型，併將該方法應用于西寧市的實證研究中，評價結果與實際情況吻閤度高。結果錶明，從西寧市2000~2011年的人居環境和經濟髮展進程來看，兩者的綜閤指數總體呈逐步提高的趨勢，“十一五”期間，髮展明顯增速，髮展水平超過平均水平，2010年之後實現跨越式髮展，人居環境和經濟髮展兩繫統的協調度也屬于優質。2000~2011年，西寧市人居環境與經濟之間的協調髮展度麯線呈“U”型。最後，在綜閤評價指數和協調度的基礎上，針對今後西寧市可持續髮展思路提齣瞭三方麵的建議。

The urban environment is a supporting system for the sustainable development of Xining city. According to the actual urban conditions, many evaluation principles were put forward and an comprehensive system for human settlement and economic evaluation were established. The application of the model in Xining city showed that the assessment results could reflect not only the coordinating degree of city, but also the modle of inter-active mechanism between urban economic systems and human settlement. According to development process between 2000~2011, The results show that, the integrated index of the human settle-ment and economic kept improving, especially during the 11th five-year plan, the development rate which beyond average level increased rapidly. After 2010 year, great-leap-forward develop-ment were realized in Xining city, its coordination degree of human settlement and economic belong to high quality. From 2000 to 2011 years, the coordinated development degree curve of human settlement and economic was “U” shape. Finally on the basis of the status of comprehensive evaluation index and coordi-nation degree of the city, three suggestions about the sustainable development of Xining City were proposed.
