目的：利用模型测量分析活动腭杆适配下颌牙合垫矫治单侧后牙反牙合的临床效果。方法：应用活动腭杆适配下颌牙合垫矫治11例上颌单侧后牙反牙合病例，测量矫治前后第一双尖牙、第二双尖牙、第一磨牙间宽度变化及上颌第一磨牙倾斜度，用统计软件处理数据。结果：扩弓后，反牙合侧牙弓宽度及上颌第一磨牙倾斜度增加，而正常侧变化不明显。结论：活动腭杆适配下颌牙合垫是矫治单侧后牙反牙合简单而有效的方法。
목적：이용모형측량분석활동악간괄배하합아합점교치단측후아반아합적림상효과。방법：응용활동악간괄배하합아합점교치11례상합단측후아반아합병례，측량교치전후제일쌍첨아、제이쌍첨아、제일마아간관도변화급상합제일마아경사도，용통계연건처리수거。결과：확궁후，반아합측아궁관도급상합제일마아경사도증가，이정상측변화불명현。결론：활동악간괄배하합아합점시교치단측후아반아합간단이유효적방법。
Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the clinical effect of removable transpalatal arch combined with mandibular occlusal pad for correction of unilateral posterior crossbite by means of model analysis . Methods:11 patients with maxillary posterior crossbite were treated by removable transpalatal arch combined with mandibular occlusal pad .The widths between frist premolars , second premolars , first molars and the inclination of first molars were measured at pretreatment and posttreatment .All data was analysed by SPSS statistical software . Results:After maxillary expansion , the widths of posterior crossbite lateral and inclination of first molars increased evidently.While, the normal lateral widths didn't not significantly change.Conclusion: According to this study, removable transpalatal arch combined with mandibular occlusal pad is a simple and effective method for correcting unilateral posterior crossbite .
