目的观察视网膜大动脉瘤患者的临床特点、治疗、预后.方法回顾性分析12例(13只眼)确诊为视网膜大动脉瘤患者的临床资料.总结患者病史,分析眼底彩照、荧光素眼底血管造影.对8例(9只眼)动脉瘤进行532nm激光治疗,1个月后复查眼底彩照,3个月后复查眼底造影.结果 12例患者平均年龄68.2岁,男女比例1:2,患者单眼发病多见,颞侧多见.75％伴有高血压病.经药物及激光治疗后2～4个月瘤体萎缩,出血、渗出明显吸收.结论视网膜大动脉瘤好发生于老年女性,同时多伴有高血压病,眼底血管造影多能明确诊断.当瘤体接近黄斑区,或出血、渗出接近或累及黄斑区者时,应积极激光治疗,保护视力.

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognoses of retinal arterial macroaneurysm.Methods Retrospective analysis were taken in clinical data of 12 cases (13 eyes) with retina lmacroaneurysm,summary of patient history and analysis fundus photo and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA).Eight cases (13 eyes) had been treated with 532nm laser photocoagulation,review fundus photo after 1 month,and FFA after 3 months.Results In the 12 patients,the mean age was 68.2 years,the ratio of men to women was 1∶2,the majority patients were affected unilaterally and lesions in the temporal venule of retina.In 75％ patients suffered from hypertension disease.After 2-4 months drugs and laser therapy,retinal arterial macroaneurysm was atrophied,and bleeding,exudation absorbed.Conclusions More occurrs in elderly women and accompanied by hypertension of the retinal arterial macroaneurysm.The FFA could definite diagnosis in most of the time.If the arterial macroaneurysm close to the macular,or bleeding exudation close to the macular,should actively use laser treatment to protect eyesight.
