目的 建立2型糖尿病大鼠十二指肠空肠旁路术(DJB)动物模型,探讨其方法和技术.方法 20只SD大鼠经高脂饮食+链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导为2型糖尿病后随机分为假手术组(SO组)和十二指肠空肠旁路术组(DJB组).分别于术前3d和术后1、2、3、4、8周检测大鼠空腹血糖水平.结果 DJB组有1只大鼠术后死于肠梗阻,手术存活率为90%.DJB组大鼠术后1周血糖水平开始下降,术后3、4、8周血糖水平下降与术前比较差异有统计学意义(18.3±4.4比11.4±4.9比9.9±4.8比7.9±3.4,P<0.05),SO组手术前后血糖水平无明显变化(P>0.05).观察8周,两组处理降糖疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 成功建立2型糖尿病大鼠十二指肠空肠旁路术模型.

Objective To establish the rat model of duodenal-jejunal bypass,and to explore the methodology and technology.Methods Twenty type 2 diabetic rats were randomly divided into duodenaljejunal bypass group (DJB group) and sham operation group (SO group).The fasting blood glucose was measured and recored before and after operation at 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 8th week postoperation.Results One rat in the DJB group died of intestinal obstruction.The survival rate was 90%.As compared with preoperation,fasting plasma glucose levels in DJB group were markedly declined at 3rd,4th and 8th week (18.3 ± 4.4 vs.11.4 ± 4.9 vs.9.9 ± 4.8 vs.7.9 ± 3.4,P < 0.05),In SO group,as compared with preoperation,fasting plasma glucose levels were unchanged (P > 0.05).From the baseline to 8th week,there was significant difference between DJB group and SO group in fasting plasma glucose levels (P < 0.05).Conclusion The rat model of duodenal-jejunal bypass was established successfully.
