目的：探讨药物流产加用中药生化汤加味的治疗效果比较。方法：资料选自2009年3月-2013年2月在我院就诊的终止妊娠的妇女300例，分为两组，每组150例,对照组给予药物流产，研究组给予米索前列醇与加味生化汤流产，对两组终止妊娠妇女流产效果情况、胚囊排出与阴道流血及月经复潮时间情况进行分析。结果：研究组的流产率为92%，高于对照组80.67%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的胚囊排出时间为（6.47±1.38）h、阴道流血时间为(10.81±4.25)d、月经复潮时间为（35.9±6.4）d,显著低于对照组（5.05±1.57）h、（13.80±5.44）d、（36.5±6.8），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：药物流产加用中药生化汤的治疗效果较单纯的药物流产效果更佳。
목적：탐토약물유산가용중약생화탕가미적치료효과비교。방법：자료선자2009년3월-2013년2월재아원취진적종지임신적부녀300례，분위량조，매조150례,대조조급여약물유산，연구조급여미색전렬순여가미생화탕유산，대량조종지임신부녀유산효과정황、배낭배출여음도류혈급월경복조시간정황진행분석。결과：연구조적유산솔위92%，고우대조조80.67%，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；연구조적배낭배출시간위（6.47±1.38）h、음도류혈시간위(10.81±4.25)d、월경복조시간위（35.9±6.4）d,현저저우대조조（5.05±1.57）h、（13.80±5.44）d、（36.5±6.8），차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：약물유산가용중약생화탕적치료효과교단순적약물유산효과경가。
objective: to study the drug abortion add with biochemical tonga taste of traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect comparison. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of drug abortion and biochemical soup with Chinese traditional medicine the pure drug abortion effect is bet er.
