目的:根据对来我院就诊治疗的近视患者进行症状观察、医学检测,采取不同的准分子激光治疗术展开治疗,对诊治的临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法:本次眼科医学活动所选择的对象为从本院2011年05月份至2012年05月份期间,在院就诊治疗的近视患者共计106例,以其原始病例资料为本次研究的基本数据来源。医护人员对这106例患者进行了临床症状观察,并进行相应的医学眼科检查,包括远视、近视视力测试,屈光检查,眼压检查,眼底检查,眼角膜地形图测试,泪液分泌试验,A 超角膜测厚以及 OrbscanⅡz 与 Zywave 综合性检测等等。对患者眼部疾病进行排出,对是否可以进行准分子激光术进行确定。本次眼科医学实验根据患者的性别、年龄以及视力程度将106例患者随机分为两个治疗小组,分别为:治疗组:共计患者53例,在治疗中主要采用准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)进行诊治;对照组:共计患者53例,在治疗中主要采用准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)进行诊治。结果:通过手术及术后恢复观察,治疗组:共计患者53例,其中51例96眼检查裸眼的视力均大于等于手术前的最佳矫正视力,2例3眼低于术前矫正视力,优良率达96.23%。对照组:共计患者53例,其中48例90眼检查裸眼的视力均大于等于手术前的最佳矫正视力,5例8眼低于术前矫正视力,优良率达90.56%。经过术后3至6个月的观察,治疗组的屈光度、角膜地形图、角膜 Haze 级别以及并发症的情况均好于对照组。两组患者的差异性均无显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在进行准分子激光治疗过程中,采用 LASEK 术能够更好的达到临床治疗的效果,其术后优良率和各项恢复情况均优于 LASIK 术组,因此建议在今后治疗中得到更为广泛的推广。

목적:근거대래아원취진치료적근시환자진행증상관찰、의학검측,채취불동적준분자격광치료술전개치료,대진치적림상효과진행분석화탐토。방법:본차안과의학활동소선택적대상위종본원2011년05월빈지2012년05월빈기간,재원취진치료적근시환자공계106례,이기원시병례자료위본차연구적기본수거래원。의호인원대저106례환자진행료림상증상관찰,병진행상응적의학안과검사,포괄원시、근시시력측시,굴광검사,안압검사,안저검사,안각막지형도측시,루액분비시험,A 초각막측후이급 OrbscanⅡz 여 Zywave 종합성검측등등。대환자안부질병진행배출,대시부가이진행준분자격광술진행학정。본차안과의학실험근거환자적성별、년령이급시력정도장106례환자수궤분위량개치료소조,분별위:치료조:공계환자53례,재치료중주요채용준분자격광각막상피판하각막마양술(LASEK)진행진치;대조조:공계환자53례,재치료중주요채용준분자격광원위각막마양술(LASIK)진행진치。결과:통과수술급술후회복관찰,치료조:공계환자53례,기중51례96안검사라안적시력균대우등우수술전적최가교정시력,2례3안저우술전교정시력,우량솔체96.23%。대조조:공계환자53례,기중48례90안검사라안적시력균대우등우수술전적최가교정시력,5례8안저우술전교정시력,우량솔체90.56%。경과술후3지6개월적관찰,치료조적굴광도、각막지형도、각막 Haze 급별이급병발증적정황균호우대조조。량조환자적차이성균무현저성(P<0.05)。결론:재진행준분자격광치료과정중,채용 LASEK 술능구경호적체도림상치료적효과,기술후우량솔화각항회복정황균우우 LASIK 술조,인차건의재금후치료중득도경위엄범적추엄。
Objective: According to our hospital for treatment of moderate and high myopia patients with symptom observation, medical inspection, take different excimer laser treatment of treatment, the clinical effect of diagnosis and treatment were analyzed and discussed. Methods: the ophthalmic medical activity of the selected object is 5 month in our hospital from 2011 to 2012, 05 during the month, in the hospital to see a doctor in the treatment of high myopia patients with a total of 106 cases, in its original case data for the study of the basic data source. To discharge of patients with eye diseases, to determine whether can undertake excimer laser surgery. The ophthalmic medical experiments according to patients' gender, age and degree of vision in 106 patients were randomly divided into two treatment groups, respectively is: treatment group: a total of 53 patients, mainly used in treatment of excimer laser corneal flap of cornea grinding with surgery (LASEK) for diagnosis and treatment; Control group: a total of 53 patients, mainly used in treatment of excimer laser in situ corneal grinding with surgery (LASIK) for diagnosis and treatment. Results: by observation of surgery and postoperative recovery, treatment group: a total of 53 patients, 51 cases of 96 eyes check naked eye eyesight are greater than or equal to best corrected vision before operation, 2 cases (3 eyes is lower than the preoperative vision correction, fine rate was 96.23%. Control group: a total of 53 patients, 48 cases of 90 eyes check naked eye eyesight are greater than or equal to the best corrected visual acuity before surgery, 5 cases (8 eyes is lower than the preoperative vision correction, fine rate was 90.56%. After observed 3 to 6 months after surgery, the treatment group of diopter, corneal topography, corneal Haze level and the situation of the complications were bet er than the control group. The differences of two groups of patients had no significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of excimer laser treatment, use LASEK surgery can bet er achieve the result of clinical treatment, the fine rate and the postoperative recovery were bet er than LASIK surgery group, it is recommended that treatment widely more in the future.
