目的：研究护理能级管理模式在临床护理工作中的作用，以完善护理能级管理模式并提升护理管理质量。方法：通过对医院信息管理系统中的三级护理质控信息进行系统化分析，评价实施护理能级管理模式前后的护理质量效果。结果：与实施能级管理模式前比较，除了病区管理和消毒隔离，护理人员能级管理模式的实施，可促进特级、一级护理、基础护理、护理文书书写和住院患者健康教育质量的提升，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：护士能级管理是体现以人为本，可优化护理人力资源，全面提高护理质量管理的有效方法。

목적：연구호리능급관리모식재림상호리공작중적작용，이완선호리능급관리모식병제승호리관리질량。방법：통과대의원신식관리계통중적삼급호리질공신식진행계통화분석，평개실시호리능급관리모식전후적호리질량효과。결과：여실시능급관리모식전비교，제료병구관리화소독격리，호리인원능급관리모식적실시，가촉진특급、일급호리、기출호리、호리문서서사화주원환자건강교육질량적제승，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：호사능급관리시체현이인위본，가우화호리인력자원，전면제고호리질량관리적유효방법。
Objective: To study the care level management model on clinical nursing work, in order to improve the care level management mode and enhance the nursing quality management. Methods:To evaluate the nursing quality management result before and after the care level management mode application by systemic analysis the information of three-level nursing quality control in the hospital information management system. Results:The care level management mode can promote the special grade nursing,first grade nursing, basic nursing, nursing documents writ en and health education quality expect ward management and disinfection isolation. Compared to the care level management mode application before, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The care level management is people-oriented, it is an effective method to improve human resource of nursing and increase the overal nursing quality management.
