目的：探讨眼科护理管理过程存在问题及相应的防范措施。方法：采用问卷调查方法，回顾性分析我科240例患者的病例资料。结果：归纳出眼科护理管理过程中存在问题及防范措施。结论：护士应增强责任意识，加强护患沟通，规范护理操作、文书，确保眼科护理工作有效性。

목적：탐토안과호리관리과정존재문제급상응적방범조시。방법：채용문권조사방법，회고성분석아과240례환자적병례자료。결과：귀납출안과호리관리과정중존재문제급방범조시。결론：호사응증강책임의식，가강호환구통，규범호리조작、문서，학보안과호리공작유효성。
Objective:To explore the existing problems and countermeasures during ophthalmology nursing management. Methods:The questionnaire method was applied to 240 patients in our department, and these cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The existing problems and countermeasures during ophthalmology nursing management were summarized. Conclusion:Nurses should enhance the responsibility, strengthen the nurse-patient communication, standardize nursing operations and records to ensure the effectiveness of ophthalmology nursing work.
