目的：探讨开放性骨折负压封闭引流术(VSD)的术后护理方法。方法：总结2011年1月至2012年12月采用 VSD 治疗的10例 GustiloⅢ型开放性骨折的临床资料，获取开放性骨折 VSD 术后的护理经验。结果：10例接受 VSD 治疗的患者经过精心护理，疗效满意，无并发症。结论：采用 VSD 治疗创伤创面，可以有效的预防感染，并保证创面的血运及创面的干燥，免除换药，刺激肉芽组织生长；修复经久难愈的创面，缩短创口愈合时间，为组织皮瓣移植提供良好的条件。

목적：탐토개방성골절부압봉폐인류술(VSD)적술후호리방법。방법：총결2011년1월지2012년12월채용 VSD 치료적10례 GustiloⅢ형개방성골절적림상자료，획취개방성골절 VSD 술후적호리경험。결과：10례접수 VSD 치료적환자경과정심호리，료효만의，무병발증。결론：채용 VSD 치료창상창면，가이유효적예방감염，병보증창면적혈운급창면적간조，면제환약，자격육아조직생장；수복경구난유적창면，축단창구유합시간，위조직피판이식제공량호적조건。
Objective:To discuss post-operative nursing methods on open fracture treated with Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD). Methods:Achieving nursing experience aimed at patients received VSD treatment by experiencing nursing care of VSD on 10 open fracture cases (GustiloⅢ). Results:Al the 10 patients received meticulous nursing care and gained satisfactory results without complications occurring. Conclusion VSD is an ideal method in treating wounds by control ing infection, maintaining wound drying, exempting dressing change, stimulating the growth of granulation tissue, repairing non-healing wounds, shortening wound healing time and providing good condition for tissue flap transplantation.
