目的：探讨彩色三维B超在胎儿唇裂畸形中的应用及价值。方法回顾58例胎儿唇裂孕妇的彩色三维B 超检查，二维超声常规检查胎儿后，观察胎儿面部结构，然后切换三维容积采集框，获取最佳断面后，调整X、Y、Z轴在ABC三断面上，进行三维重建，获得满意图像并以AVI形式存于硬盘内进行后处理。结果58例唇裂胎儿中，三维B超诊断56例，另2例结合二维B超确诊。56例胎儿均实施了引产手术，术后予以证实，另2例足月正常分娩，产后予以证实。结论彩色三维B超图像直观清楚显示胎儿面部，能及时、准确诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形，为临床早期终止妊娠提供可靠的诊断依据，在优生优育方面具有重要意义，值得临床进一步推广应用。
目的：探討綵色三維B超在胎兒脣裂畸形中的應用及價值。方法迴顧58例胎兒脣裂孕婦的綵色三維B 超檢查，二維超聲常規檢查胎兒後，觀察胎兒麵部結構，然後切換三維容積採集框，穫取最佳斷麵後，調整X、Y、Z軸在ABC三斷麵上，進行三維重建，穫得滿意圖像併以AVI形式存于硬盤內進行後處理。結果58例脣裂胎兒中，三維B超診斷56例，另2例結閤二維B超確診。56例胎兒均實施瞭引產手術，術後予以證實，另2例足月正常分娩，產後予以證實。結論綵色三維B超圖像直觀清楚顯示胎兒麵部，能及時、準確診斷胎兒脣腭裂畸形，為臨床早期終止妊娠提供可靠的診斷依據，在優生優育方麵具有重要意義，值得臨床進一步推廣應用。
목적：탐토채색삼유B초재태인진렬기형중적응용급개치。방법회고58례태인진렬잉부적채색삼유B 초검사，이유초성상규검사태인후，관찰태인면부결구，연후절환삼유용적채집광，획취최가단면후，조정X、Y、Z축재ABC삼단면상，진행삼유중건，획득만의도상병이AVI형식존우경반내진행후처리。결과58례진렬태인중，삼유B초진단56례，령2례결합이유B초학진。56례태인균실시료인산수술，술후여이증실，령2례족월정상분면，산후여이증실。결론채색삼유B초도상직관청초현시태인면부，능급시、준학진단태인진악렬기형，위림상조기종지임신제공가고적진단의거，재우생우육방면구유중요의의，치득림상진일보추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application value of B ultrasound and color three -dimensional in fetal cleft lip .Methods Three dimensional color B ultra-sound examination in 58 cases of pregnant women of fetal cleft lip,two-dimensional ultrasound examination of fetal,observation of the fetal facial structure,and then switch the 3D volume acquisition frame,obtaining the best section,adjustment of X,Y,Z axis in the three section ABC,3D reconstruction,obtain satisfactory image and form AVI deposit in the hard disk after treatment.Results 58 cases of cleft lip fetus,three-dimensional B ultrasound diagnosed 56 cases,another 2 cases combined with two-dimensional B -mode ultrasonography diagnosis.56 fetuses were carried out to confirm the induced labor operation,after operation,the other 2 cases full-term nor-mal delivery,postpartum confirm.Conclusion 3D color B ultrasound images clearly show the fetal facial,timely,accurate diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and cleft palate,for clinical early termination of pregnancy to provide reliable diagnostic basis,has important significance in eugenics,worthy of further clinical application.
