目的：探讨中西医及心理综合治疗对重症妊娠恶阻患者治疗效果的影响。方法将68例重症妊娠恶阻患者随机分为两组，对照组（ n＝34）给予西医常规治疗；试验组（ n＝34）在常规治疗的基础上给予中医及心理综合治疗；10天为1疗程，10天后比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组临床症状改善情况比较：试验组有效率为94．12％，对照组61．76％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论中西医及心理综合治疗有助于改善重症妊娠恶阻患者的临床症状，优于单纯西医治疗，有临床应用价值。
목적：탐토중서의급심리종합치료대중증임신악조환자치료효과적영향。방법장68례중증임신악조환자수궤분위량조，대조조（ n＝34）급여서의상규치료；시험조（ n＝34）재상규치료적기출상급여중의급심리종합치료；10천위1료정，10천후비교량조적치료효과。결과량조림상증상개선정황비교：시험조유효솔위94．12％，대조조61．76％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。결론중서의급심리종합치료유조우개선중증임신악조환자적림상증상，우우단순서의치료，유림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate effect of TCM and Western medicine and psychology therapy to the pregnancy serious vomit the Therapeutic effect .Methods The 68 cases of severe Vomiting of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=34)gives the conventional treatment;The experimental group (n=34)in the conventional treatment foundation gives the TCM and psychology therapy;10 days for a course of treatment,10 days after the treatment effect were com-pared in two groups.Results Two group of clinical symptoms improvement situation comparison,experimental group effectiveness is 94.12%,control group effectiveness is 61.76%,the difference has statistics significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The TCM and Western medicine and psychology therapy is helpful in the pregnancy serious vomit The clinical symptoms of the patients.Better than Western medicine treatment.has the clinical practice value.
