目的：探讨5种肺癌血清肿瘤标志物联合检测的临床价值；方法：应用电化学发光法检测62例肺癌患者、21例健康人和33例肺部良性疾病患者血清中癌抗原125(CA125)、癌抗原19-9(CA19-9)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白l9(CYFRA21-1)和神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的含量，计算检测的阳性率及联合检测的敏感性和特异性；结果：肺癌患者的5种血清肿瘤标志物阳性率均高于健康体检组和肺部良性疾病组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在25种联合检测方案中，三联方案CA199+CEA+NSE的特异性与敏感性均较高，与其他组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.O5)；结论：合理选择阳性率高的血清肿瘤标志物进行组合，对于提高肺癌筛选的敏感性及特异性具有一定的临床价值。

The study presents data comparing the tumor marker Tumor CA125、CA19-9、CEA、CYFRA21-1 and NSE in the diagnosis of lung cancer. We col ected the blood samples of 116 patients:62 newly diagnosed lung cancer patients, 33 with other pulmonary disease, 21 healthy person. Comparison of the sensitivities and specificity in the detection of lung cancer indicated that CA199+CEA+NSE could be optimal combination for the detection of lung cancer.By selecting appropriate tumour markers in LC patients, we can predict the lung cancer and utilize these markers as complementary tools to establish indications for treatment.
