目的：评价元泰口服液的安全性、增强免疫力和改善生活质量的功效。方法：纳入合格的受试者300例，按剂量连续服用元泰口服液3个月，分别在服用的前后检测血常规、血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)，填写《中医健康状态自评问卷》(TCM50)与《生存质量评定量表》(SF36)，通过服用元泰口服液前后指标对比，评价元泰口服液的安全性和增强免疫力的功效。结果：共有252例受试者成功完成试验。血液指标检测结果显示，连续服用3个月元泰口服液未对血常规造成负面影响，而受试者血液IgG含量显著升高。健康量表测评结果显示，在28项健康评价指标中，有15项主观感受的评价指标得分显著升高。结论：服用元泰口服液安全有效，能显著改善服用者的生活质量。

Objective:to evaluate the safety, quality of life, and immunity enhancing effect of Yuantai Tonic. Method:300 qualified subjects were included to use Yuantai Tonic for 3 consecutive months at the prescribed dose;they were tested for routine blood and immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM), before and after administration;the subjects then completed the TCM Health Self-evaluation Questionnaire (TCM50) and the Quality of Life Assessment Tool (SF36). Through the comparison of the indicators before and after the administration of Yuantai Tonic, the safety and immunity enhancing effect of Yuantai Tonic were evaluated. Results:252 subjects completed the test successfully. The blood test results showed that taking Yuantai Tonic for 3 consecutive months did not have any negative impact on the routine blood indicators, and that the subjects’ blood IgG levels rose significantly. The quality of life results showed that among the 28 health evaluation indicators, the scores of subjective feeling of 15 indicators rose significantly. Conclusion:Yuantai Tonic is safe and efficacious, and can improve subjective quality of life.
