本文介绍了国内外近年来在大骨节病发病机制方面，导致软骨细胞过度凋亡的相关分子的研究状况，涉及线粒体凋亡途径、死亡受体凋亡途径及ON诱发凋亡，指出这方面研究对大骨病发病机制的进一步阐明起到巨大的推动作用，并对该病寻找有效的治疗途径和药物作用靶点具有重要的指导意义。

This paper introduces the research situation of related moleculars that cause cartilage cell excessive apoptosis about the kaschin-beck disease pathogenesis at home and abroad in recent years,involving mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, death receptor apoptosis pathway and ON induced apoptosis. It points out that the research play a great role in furtherly clarifying the pathogenesis of kaschin-beck disease, it have important guiding significance for the disease to search for effective treatment ways and targets of drug action.
