目的：基于“苦酸制甜”理论选取可用于保健食品的中药材：苦丁茶、芦荟、酸枣仁、山楂、知母、西洋参组方，考察中药组方保健品的辅助降血糖作用。方法：采用四氧嘧啶尾静脉注射，建立高血糖小鼠模型，分为：正常对照组、模型对照组、不同剂量用药组。连续灌胃30d后，测定各组小鼠空腹血糖、糖耐量及小鼠体重。结果：与正常组对比，特高剂量中药组方保健品组小鼠空腹血糖和体重无显著差异；与模型对照组比较，中药组方保健品组小鼠空腹血糖值降低、糖耐量降低、体重增长无显著差异。结论：中药组方保健品对实验性高血糖小鼠有辅助降血糖作用。
목적：기우“고산제첨”이론선취가용우보건식품적중약재：고정다、호회、산조인、산사、지모、서양삼조방，고찰중약조방보건품적보조강혈당작용。방법：채용사양밀정미정맥주사，건립고혈당소서모형，분위：정상대조조、모형대조조、불동제량용약조。련속관위30d후，측정각조소서공복혈당、당내량급소서체중。결과：여정상조대비，특고제량중약조방보건품조소서공복혈당화체중무현저차이；여모형대조조비교，중약조방보건품조소서공복혈당치강저、당내량강저、체중증장무현저차이。결론：중약조방보건품대실험성고혈당소서유보조강혈당작용。
Objective: Selected several edible Chinese herbs, including Broadleaf Holly Leaf, aloe, Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, hawthorn, rhizoma anemarrhenae and American ginseng, to investigate the effects of formula of TCM on reducing the blood glucose of diabetic mice, based on the theory of bitter and acid resisting sweet. Methods:An experimental diabetic model was established by mice tail vein injection of alloxan. The mice be divided into groups as normal control group, model control group and different dosage groups. Each group was administered intragastrically for 30 days to observe their effects on the fasting blood-glucose, glucose tolerance and body weight. Results: Compared with normal group, extra-high dose group mice fasting blood sugar and the weight growth had no significant difference. Compared with model control group, different dose groups mice fasting blood sugar and glucose tolerance are both reduced, and the weight growth did not differ significantly. Conclusion:This result showed that the formula of TCM health products can decrease the level of the blood glucose of the experimental diabetic mice.
