目的:对铬天青S光度法检测铝含量的国标法进行改进研究。方法:利用测定铝标准曲线的方法,研究 CAS-Al-CTAB三元显色体系测定铝的最佳实验条件。结果:在最佳实验优选条件下,铝在0.1~10.0μg/25 mL范围内,回归方程为Y=0.1756X-0.0149,r =0.9996,样品加样回收率103.3%,RSD=1.5%。结论:与国标法相比,此显色测定方法耐用性好、稳定性高,准确度好,且测定灵敏度和线性范围均明显改善,为建立食品中微量铝含量的测定提供了方法。

Objective To optimize the condition of measuring the aluminum by CAS spectrophotometry of national standard method.Methods To find out the best experimental conditions of the three-Component Chromogenic Reaction System of CAS-Al-CTAB.Results In the optimal experimental conditions,the linear range of aluminum was 0.1μg ~10.0μg/25mL, the regression equation Y=0.1756X-0.0149,r= 0.9996, the average recovery rate of the sample was 103.3%,RSD=1.46%(n=6).Conclution This method possesses high sensitivity, precision,stability, and the accuracy is high, it is hoped that this method could be a powerful basis for measuring trace aluminum count in food .
