目的:探讨甲状腺清洁手应用抗生素与否对切口的感染及愈合情况。方法:对甲状腺手术根据是否应用抗生素,分为观察组和对照组(两组均排除有感染高危因素者如高龄、糖尿病、免疫功能缺陷者等)比较两组切口感染及愈合情况。结果:两组患者的自然状况(例数、性别、年龄、手术时间)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者感染率、伤口引流时间及住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺清洁手术应用抗生素并不优于不应用抗生素,也不会增加手术伤口感染率,为预防术后切口感染应用抗生素无实质性必要。

목적:탐토갑상선청길수응용항생소여부대절구적감염급유합정황。방법:대갑상선수술근거시부응용항생소,분위관찰조화대조조(량조균배제유감염고위인소자여고령、당뇨병、면역공능결함자등)비교량조절구감염급유합정황。결과:량조환자적자연상황(례수、성별、년령、수술시간)비교무통계학차이(P>0.05);량조환자감염솔、상구인류시간급주원시간비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:갑상선청길수술응용항생소병불우우불응용항생소,야불회증가수술상구감염솔,위예방술후절구감염응용항생소무실질성필요。
Objective:Clean hands antibiotics or not thyroid infection and healing of the incision.Method:Patients with thyroid diseases were invested in this research ,al of them had thyroid aseptic operations. The patients were divided into two groups according to whether they had been treated with antibiotics:patients who had not been treated with antibiotics were put into experimental group. Otherwise, the control group. Under condition that patients who had infection factors such as old age, diabetes, immune function defects, etc, should be excluded. Analysis the incision infection rates and healing rates of both groups. Results:Compared with the control group, patients from the experimental group showed no significant difference as to their natural conditions (such as, number, gender, age, operative time) (P<0.05).Furthermore, there were no significant statistical y differences as to the infection rates ,wound drainage time and hospital stay between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:For Thyroid the clean surgeries, non-application of antibiotics neither extend the patient's hospital stay and wound drainage time, nor to the risk of infection rate.
