目的：研究分析锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的治疗方法和临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2009年1月-2010年12月期间，我院收治的136例肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折患者的临床资料，按照采用治疗方式的不同将患者分为两组，对照组68例采用传统手术治疗，观察组68例采用锁骨钩钢板治疗。比较治疗后两组患者的肩锁关节功能恢复情况和并发症发生情况。结果：治疗后对照组患者的肩关节功能恢复优良率和并发症发生率分别为85.3%、29.4%；观察组分别为97.0%、2.9%，两组比较差异明显，具有统计学意义，（P 均＜0.05）。结论：锁骨钩钢板是治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的良好方法，值得临床推广。
목적：연구분석쇄골구강판치료견쇄관절탈위급쇄골원단골절적치료방법화림상효과。방법：회고성분석2009년1월-2010년12월기간，아원수치적136례견쇄관절탈위급쇄골원단골절환자적림상자료，안조채용치료방식적불동장환자분위량조，대조조68례채용전통수술치료，관찰조68례채용쇄골구강판치료。비교치료후량조환자적견쇄관절공능회복정황화병발증발생정황。결과：치료후대조조환자적견관절공능회복우량솔화병발증발생솔분별위85.3%、29.4%；관찰조분별위97.0%、2.9%，량조비교차이명현，구유통계학의의，（P 균＜0.05）。결론：쇄골구강판시치료견쇄관절탈위급쇄골원단골절적량호방법，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To study the analysis of clavicular hook plate for acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fracture treatments and clinical results. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the period January 2009-December, our hospital 136 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures in patients with clinical data, according to the different treatment, patients were divided into two groups, the control group 68 cases using the traditional surgical treatment, the observation group, 68 patients with clavicular hook plate. Acromioclavicular joint function of the two groups were compared after treatment, recovery and complications occurred. Results:After treatment, the patients in the control group of shoulder function recovery excel ent rates and complication rates were 85.3%, 29.4%;observation group were 97.0%, 2.9%, obvious differences between the two groups, with statistical significance, (P<0.05). Conclusion:clavicular hook plate is a good method of treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures, worthy of promotion.
