目的:调查山西省吕梁市重点人群碘营养状况,为调整和完善碘缺乏病防治措施提供依据。方法:在吕梁市随机抽取3个县(市、区),在抽中(取)地区中按东、西、南、北、中5个方位各抽取1个乡镇(街道),在每个乡(镇)再随机抽取8~10岁学龄期儿童、18到40岁育龄妇女、孕妇及哺乳期妇女各40名,进行尿碘测量,同时对该人群的食用盐的碘含量进行监测分析。结果:所采集的240份食盐样品中,平均碘含量为(27.15±5.62)mg/kg;总合格率为95.5%;学龄期儿童尿碘含量的中位数为217.25μg/L;育龄期妇女碘含量的中位数为208.9μg/L。结论:山西省吕梁地区碘盐合格率基本已达国家标准。儿童碘营养处于足量(适宜)水平,但是尿碘值偏低和尿碘值偏高者仍占有一定比例。因此,我们要正确地进行引导和干预,既要预防碘摄入不足,又要防止碘过量,为我省碘缺乏的防治工作提供更科学、合理的建议。

Objective:To investigate the status of iodine nutrition of the target population in Lvliang. Methods:Randomly three counties (cities, areas) in Lvliang , and in the east, west, south, north, center of these areas, extracted a vil age and town (street) from the five directions of each area, in each township (town) and then randomly selected school-age children aged 8~10, 18 to 40 years old women of childbearing age, pregnant women and nursing mothers respective 40, urine iodine measurement, at the same time the crowd monitoring analysis of edible salt iodine content. Results:Col ected 240 samples of salt, the average iodine content is (27.15±5.62)mg/kg;The percent of pass is 95.5%;School-age children urine iodine median is 217.25 g/L;The childbearing age women of iodine median is 208.9 g/L. Conclusion:Iodized salt percent of pass basic has reached the national standard in Shanxi Lvliang. Children's iodine nutrition in ful amount (suitable) levels, but the urine iodine value is low and the urine iodine value is high stil occupies a certain proportion. Therefore, we must correctly guidance and intervention, should not only prevent insufficient iodine intake, but also prevent iodine excess, for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency to provide more scientific and reasonable suggestions in our province.
