EXCEL是OFFICE系列里的表格软件，其计算、函数等功能非常强大，在医院统计报表中应用非常广，可以大大方便各种报表的分析、综合而且形象直观。医院统计报表由日报汇总成周报，周报汇总成月报，依次类推至季报、半年报、年报，现以EXCEL 2003为例演示其过程。
