为使液压传动车辆能够平稳地起步,介绍了液压传动车辆单边行驶驱动液压系统的工作原理,分析了起步过程中影响液压系统压力的因素。利用AMEsim软件建立了液压传动车辆模型,对影响液压系统起步压力的因素进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明:液压传动车辆在起步的过程中,液压泵的排量控制是影响起步压力的最主要因素,液压泵排量的变化率和发动机的转速对起步压力的影响较小。
為使液壓傳動車輛能夠平穩地起步,介紹瞭液壓傳動車輛單邊行駛驅動液壓繫統的工作原理,分析瞭起步過程中影響液壓繫統壓力的因素。利用AMEsim軟件建立瞭液壓傳動車輛模型,對影響液壓繫統起步壓力的因素進行倣真分析,倣真結果錶明:液壓傳動車輛在起步的過程中,液壓泵的排量控製是影響起步壓力的最主要因素,液壓泵排量的變化率和髮動機的轉速對起步壓力的影響較小。

In order to realize stable starting in the process of starting for hydraulic transmission vehicle ,the principle of hydraulic transmission vehicle was introduced ,influence factors of the pressure for hydraulic transmission vehicle were analyzed ,the model of hydraulic transmission vehicle was established for using the AMEsim software ,simulation analysis for starting pressure of hy-draulic transmission vehicle was carried out .The simulation results show that hydraulic pump displacement control was the most important factor for starting pressure ,the changing rate of hydraulic pump displacement and the speed of engine were the seconda -ry factor for the starting pressure ,which is of certain guiding significance for starting control of hydraulic transmission vehicle .
