磁性珩磨技术是利用电磁作用驱动磁性磨具在工件内腔运动,从而有效地解决由于结构本身的特殊性而不宜做高速旋转运动的长不锈钢管内表面加工难的实际问题。磁性珩磨系统的电磁场和温度场是影响加工的主要因素,以电机学知识为基础,运用传热学理论,借助Ansoft软件和ANSYS Workbench 软件对磁性珩磨系统进行优化设计,并对其进行电磁场和温度场分析,为磁性珩磨系统的设计提供理论依据。

Magnetic honing technology utilizes electromagnetic interaction to rotate and axially translate a rotor abrasive on the in -ner surface of workpiece ,so as to effectively solve the practical issue that the inner surface of the long stainless steel pipes are hardly polished since they are too long and not suitably rotated at high speed .On the basis of electromechanics ,magnetic honing system is optimized and designed and the electromagnetic field and temperature field ,which are the main factors influencing work-piece processing ,are analyzed based on Ansoft software and ANSYS Workbench software and using the heat transfer theory .The result of the analysis provided reliable theoretical basis for the design of magnetic honing system .
