建立麻花钻的三维实体模型是对麻花钻进行几何设计、制造、切削性能分析和对钻削过程进行仿真研究的基础。基于麻花钻的制造过程,介绍了在三维软件UG环境下,根据标准麻花钻的相关参数进行三维实体建模的方法,采用椭圆弧代替螺旋槽截形生成前刀面,分析了后刀面锥面刃磨法,在此基础上采用改进的新型锥面刃磨法建立后刀面模型,完成麻花钻实体模型。
建立痳花鑽的三維實體模型是對痳花鑽進行幾何設計、製造、切削性能分析和對鑽削過程進行倣真研究的基礎。基于痳花鑽的製造過程,介紹瞭在三維軟件UG環境下,根據標準痳花鑽的相關參數進行三維實體建模的方法,採用橢圓弧代替螺鏇槽截形生成前刀麵,分析瞭後刀麵錐麵刃磨法,在此基礎上採用改進的新型錐麵刃磨法建立後刀麵模型,完成痳花鑽實體模型。

The basis of simulation studies to carry out geometric design , manufacture , analysis on machinability and drilling process is the establishment of 3D solid twist drill model designing .Based on the production process ,introduced the 3D modeling method of twist drill in unigraphics according to the geometric and manufacturing parameters of standard twist drill .After analyzed the sharpening method of rake face ,the solid twist drill model have been established by used a new type of taper section sharpe-ning method which have been improved and elliptic arc instead of twist drill flute profile generate the rake face .
