为了更好地描述工程中复杂的数控加工运动轨迹,实现轨迹段间的平滑过渡,提出了一种基于特殊基函数的可调形三次三角插值样条曲线。该曲线具有一阶( C1)连续性,可以精确表示直线、圆弧及三次抛物线等常见工程曲线。给定控制点信息,改变调形系数,可以得到不同形状的插值样条曲线;通过在数控运动相邻加工段拐角处附近选择合适的控制点及调形系数,可以实现拐角的平滑过渡,从而保证运动路径的平稳、进给速度的连续,降低对机床的冲击。
為瞭更好地描述工程中複雜的數控加工運動軌跡,實現軌跡段間的平滑過渡,提齣瞭一種基于特殊基函數的可調形三次三角插值樣條麯線。該麯線具有一階( C1)連續性,可以精確錶示直線、圓弧及三次拋物線等常見工程麯線。給定控製點信息,改變調形繫數,可以得到不同形狀的插值樣條麯線;通過在數控運動相鄰加工段枴角處附近選擇閤適的控製點及調形繫數,可以實現枴角的平滑過渡,從而保證運動路徑的平穩、進給速度的連續,降低對機床的遲擊。

In order to better describe the complex motion path of NC processing and realize the smooth transition between path segments,a kind of cubic trigonometric interpolation spline curve was put forward based on a set of special basis function .The spline curve with adjustable shape satisfy the C 1 continuity ,and it can accurately represent some common engineering curves such as straight line、circular arc and cubic parabola .According to the given information of control points ,different shapes of interpola-tion spline curve can be gotten by changing the adjustment coefficient .By selecting the proper control points and adjustment coef-ficient near the corner of adjacent NC processing path segments ,insert the spline curve at the corner can realize the smooth transi-tion around the corner ,ensure the stability of motion path、continuous of feed speed and reduce the impact to NC machine .
