为满足电池生产企业自动化生产需求，设计了一种新型码垛装置末端执行器。通过对企业生产状况及码垛作业要求的分析，设计了真空吸盘带机械保护机构的末端执行器，每次可抓取两盘电池。在总体方案的基础上，详细地进行了环槽形真空吸盘结构设计及机械保护机构的尺寸设计。该末端执行器可搭载到码垛装置（如码垛机器人）上，且适合电池生产企业的实际生产情况和需求，具有良好的应用前景。
為滿足電池生產企業自動化生產需求，設計瞭一種新型碼垛裝置末耑執行器。通過對企業生產狀況及碼垛作業要求的分析，設計瞭真空吸盤帶機械保護機構的末耑執行器，每次可抓取兩盤電池。在總體方案的基礎上，詳細地進行瞭環槽形真空吸盤結構設計及機械保護機構的呎吋設計。該末耑執行器可搭載到碼垛裝置（如碼垛機器人）上，且適閤電池生產企業的實際生產情況和需求，具有良好的應用前景。

A new design scheme of end effecter of palletizing device is proposed to satisfy the requirements of automated produc -tion of battery manufacturing enterprise .This end effecter with vacuum cup and mechanical protection device ,which can grasp two plates of battery each time ,is designed by analyzing the production status and pallet requirements of enterprise .The structure of ring groove shape vacuum cup and mechanical protection device are projected based on the overall project .This new-type end effecter has a good potential application ,for that can be installed to palletizing device such as palletizing robot and meets the actu -al production conditions and requirements of battery manufacturing enterprise .
