针对某微型轿车存在的怠速异响噪声,在对车内驾驶员耳旁噪声信号进行频谱分析确定异响噪声频率范围的基础上,运用声强法进行噪声源识别试验,结果表明:进气噪声是1000~1200 Hz 频段的主导异响源,转向助力泵是1950~2050 Hz频段的主导异响源。基于P-I指数的验证结果证明了上述结论的正确性,对改善某微型轿车的声学性能具有一定指导意义。

In order to identify the abnormal noise source of a mini-car under idle condition ,firstly,the frequency spectrum of the noise signal on the side of the driver ’s ear was analyzed and the frequency range of the abnormal noise was determined ,secondly, the noise source identification test based on sound intensity method was conducted .Results show that the intake noise is the domi-nant source in the frequency range of 1 000~1 200 Hz and power steering pump is the dominant noise source in the frequency range of 1 950~2 050Hz.The above results were proved by P-I index,which have important guiding significance on the improve-ment of the car ’ s acoustic performance .
